The LSA has in place a Specialised Assessment Provider List for highly experienced providers who can provide one or more of the following assessments:

  • Complex Home Modification Assessments
  • Care Needs Assessments
  • Complex Wheelchair and Seating Assessments

Providers must meet certain requirements around experience, registrations, insurances and provide further evidence satisfying the LSA to be on this List.

Providers on this list are still bound by the LSA Allied Health Fee Schedule, unless any provider specific exemptions have been approved.

Providers who may be interested in providing these services can notify the LSA via: LSA.Procurement@sa.gov.au.

Where the LSA is currently accepting new providers into this List, a form and further instructions will be provided for completion.
