The Lifetime Support Authority hosts a series of Service Provider Forums each year, bringing together providers and LSA staff to share information, insights, and experience.

These forums provide an important opportunity for LSA staff to:

  • Present an overview of the Lifetime Support Scheme
  • Share updates on current issues and emerging priorities
  • Provide information on ongoing and upcoming continuous improvement initiatives

The forums also recognise and strengthen the vital partnership between LSA and the service providers who support Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) Participants every day. Each forum includes a lunchtime networking opportunity, giving providers the chance to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build relationships across the sector. The collaboration and insights gained through these forums are essential to our shared goal of continuously improving services and delivering the best possible outcomes for LSS Participants.
