About the LSA Attendant Care Panel

The Attendant Care Panel is made up of providers who deliver essential day-to-day and high-intensity attendant care supports to LSS Participants. Panel providers play a vital role in helping Participants live as independently as possible, and the LSA works collaboratively with them to ensure services are responsive, safe, and of a consistently high standard.

Provider Resources Hub

This central hub provides the resources that support Attendant Care Panel providers in their work. It brings together the key documents and guidance providers need to understand how the LSA operates, what is expected of them, and how to meet their obligations so they can focus on what matters most - delivering quality care for Participants.

The provider resources include:

Attendant Care Panel Quick Guide   - An overview covering how work is referred, how providers get paid, reporting obligations and key LSA contacts.

Attendant Care Obligations - The full set of operational expectations, rates, and requirements that apply to all panel providers.

Invoicing and Payments Guidance - Detailed instructions to help providers submit invoices that meet LSA requirements.

Incident Reporting Form - The form providers use to report Participant incidents to the LSA.

Standard LSS Attendant Care Rates   - The rates that have been set as the maximum the LSA will fund for attendant care services from 1 July 2026.

High Intensity LSS Attendant Care Rates - The rates that will only apply to support workers that meet the knowledge and competencies outlined in the Skills Descriptors that are required to safely deliver complex care.

High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors - The skills and capabilities required of providers delivering high-intensity attendant care supports.

Supporting Providers to Support Participants

These resources give Panel providers a clear understanding of the LSA’s processes, standards and the support available to them - from a Service Planner for day-to-day matters through to the Specialist Support and Procurement teams for more complex queries.
