Listening to the voices of LSS Participants and their families is central to how we design and deliver Scheme services, and our Participant Reference Group (PRG) plays an important advisory role.
The PRG is a small group of LSS Participants and family members who bring their lived experience to the table. Through honest conversations and feedback, PRG members help to shape service delivery and ensure different perspectives are reflected in our work.
We are pleased to introduce the 2026 PRG members and thank them for their valuable contributions:
- Jodie Mannix, Edith Reddin, Steven Kemp, Lino Cirocco, Bhanu Peroji, Linda Pulis, Cowan Crisci, Kerry Kemp & Mark Robson

PRG members: (L-R) Kerry, Bhanu, Linda, Cowan, Steven, Lino, Mark and Edith
Building connections with the LSA Board
The PRG members shared their interest in building connections with the LSA Board. As part of this, Mark Robson was invited to present at a LSA Board meeting where he spoke about his accident and recovery journey.
Mark’s presentation was well received with Board members valuing the opportunity to hear directly from him regarding his experience of the Scheme and the support he’s received from the Services team.
Building on this positive engagement, Board members have offered to attend future PRG meetings to continue these conversations and learn more from LSS Participants and their families.
