Work is underway on our new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2026–2030, set to launch on 30 June 2026.

A dedicated DAIP Working Group was established, bringing together representatives from across the LSA to guide its development and consult with key stakeholders. By drawing on a broad mix of expertise and lived experience perspectives, the Working Group is helping to ensure the DAIP reflects both operational realities and the diverse needs of the people we support.

The new DAIP will outline practical actions to enhance access and inclusion for people with disability who engage with LSA and Scheme services. It will also reinforce our commitment to person-centred service planning for LSS Participants, while supporting a more inclusive workplace for employees with disability.

As part of this process, a small group of LSS Participants who identify as artists have been invited to submit original artworks that reflect the experience of disability. A selected piece  will be featured in the DAIP, celebrating the creativity and achievements of people with disability.

We look forward to sharing the new LSA DAIP on our website soon.
