LSS Participants who have been in the Scheme for more than six months were invited to take part in the 2025 Participant Survey, delivered in partnership with Action Market Research (AMR).

The survey provided an important opportunity for LSS Participants and decision makers to share their experiences, highlight what is working well, and identify areas for improvement.

Over the three month survey period, we heard from 205 LSS Participants and decision makers. A snapshot of the results is provided below.

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on their experiences with the Scheme. The insights are greatly appreciated and will help us shape the Scheme’s future direction and how we make a positive difference to LSS Participants.

The LSA Services team have reviewed the survey results and will use this feedback to strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes. We remain committed to continuously listening, learning, and evolving to better support LSS Participants and their families.
