The 2019 Autumn Edition of the LSS News has just been released.
The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS).
The LSS provides high quality treatment, care and support for people who are seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia. Serious injuries include brain or spinal cord injury, amputations, burns and blindness.
We design and deliver services which enhance quality of life for LSS participants and their families. Our services are person-centred, financially sustainable, innovative and efficient.
Our ordinary level of service and care is extraordinary.
Our participants are why we have the Lifetime Support Scheme. We help each of them to get back living their life to the fullest, by providing the very best treatment, care and support available.
The achievements, courage and determination shown by our participants, despite their challenges, is inspirational and we encourage you to enjoy hearing their stories.

The LSA drives innovation in high quality treatment, care and support through sponsorship, research, education and programs to enhance the lives of people very seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia.

For the past three years, the LSA has commissioned UniSA to conduct a Participant Survey to measure participant satisfaction with the Lifetime Support Scheme services. This is part of the LSA's best-practice approach to engagement with people who are in the LSS.
