Health and Medical professionals should notify the LSA as soon as they have contact with people who have been severely injured in a motor accident in South Australia, which might make them eligible for the Lifetime Support Scheme.
Health professionals may need to access forms to provide information to the Lifetime Support Authority.

Incidents must be reported to the LSA within one day of the incident occurring. These should be reported by service providers using the Incident Reporting Form and sent to LSAFeedback@sa.gov.au
