We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Participant Reference Group. This group involves participants and/or family members and has an important role to review our policies, practices and the information we provide.
The aim of the group, which will meet every two months, is to also ensure participants are involved in decision making and retain choice and control of their treatment, care and support.
Manager of service planning, said it was extremely important to keep participants at the core of decisions.
“It is so important that we have participants actively involved in decision-making, and this group will help to ensure we are providing services that best meet the needs of participants.”
If you would like to be involved in the Participant Reference Group in the future, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 8463 6131.
