Our draft Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) sets out the actions the LSA will commit to over the next four years to improve the accessibility and inclusiveness of our services and supports.
Your feedback on the draft plan is invited.
The LSA would especially like to hear from:
- Lifetime Support Scheme participants
- people who care for or support people with disability
- our service providers
- workers from the disability sector
- the community
How to provide feedback
There are several ways that you can provide feedback:
Email us at: email@example.com
Write to us at: Sara McKay, Policy Coordinator, Lifetime Support Authority, PO Box 1218, Adelaide SA 5000
We are committed to ensuring our services are accessible and inclusive for people with disability and your feedback will help us understand the things we need to do.
The COVID-19 pandemic has limited the ways we can consult with LSS participants and the community. We encourage you to share this consultation with your friends, family and other networks.
If you are unable to access the plan or the survey or you need to provide feedback in an alternative way, please contact Sara McKay at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the due date for feedback is Friday 2 October 2020.
The final LSA DAIP is scheduled for release in late October 2020.
