We are about to undertake a survey to help us determine what is working well and what we could do to improve.
It is essential that our participants have every opportunity to provide us with input and feedback so that we continue to provide the services that best meet participant needs.
This survey is one of the many ways that participants can give us their views. Our recent Participant Forum is another and you can read more about the article “Bringing participants together” here.
The survey will cover a whole range of areas including the support services we provide, our service planners, our processes and the information you receive from us.
We are working with Dr Saravana Kumar to run the survey. Dr Kumar is the Leader in Research at the International Centre for Allied Health Evidence, and Senior Lecturer at the School of Health Science at the University of South Australia.
Our participants will be contacted by either Dr Kumar or his colleague who is an experienced health services researcher. They will be available to interview you over the telephone or face to face, whichever suits you best.
The results of the survey will remain anonymous and the information collected will be managed only by the research team.
We welcome and value your input and if you would like to know more about the participant survey, please contact us.
