|The Organisation||Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is a Statutory Authority within the Government of South Australia and is responsible for the administration of the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) providing treatment, care and support to those who have sustained serious injury in a motor vehicle accident.

|The Job||You will lead and implement an innovative Learning and Development Strategy and undertake an annual review and delivery of the Training Plan.
This role is integral in the LSAs commitment to the continuous development of our high performing staff and supporting LSS participants. There is an opportunity to take ownership and “get creative” in the design and delivery of training programs to meet the needs of our growing organisation, with a focus on eLearning development.
Fostering successful relationships through stakeholder engagement is also an integral part of the role. You will engage daily with a diverse range of staff from both the public and private sectors, leading the delivery of development programs in support of our strategic initiatives.
|Reporting Arrangements & Key Relationships||Reporting to the Manager Organisational Performance, this influential role will develop key working relationships with the LSA’s Executive team, Management and staff across the LSA, as well as form relationships with other departments and training providers.|
|Essential Qualifications||Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or degree in adult learning, education or a related field.|
