The LSA is committed to being open and accountable about the information it holds in accordance with the South Australian Freedom of Information Act 1991 (the Act). Depending on whether certain exemptions apply, particularly concerning privacy, you are entitled to access information held by the LSA.
The Act also gives you the right to request to have your personal records amended if the information is incomplete, incorrect, out of date or misleading.
